Ground Round Grill and Bar in Neenah, connected to the Best Western Bridgewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center, is looking for an energetic, out-going individual to serve in a casual, family orientated atmosphere. Individual must be sociable, friendly, self motivated and able to multi-task.
Description:
Our servers will greet and socialize with restaurant and hotel guests, take and prepare drink, food, and room service orders, while ensuring guests receive superior quality products and service. Servers will also use the point of sale system to accurately punch in orders and collect payment.
Requirements
• Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on the point of sale system.
• Previous food & beverage service experience is not required, but preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Required to occasionally lift restaurant equipment.
* Must be willing to work early mornings
