Job Description
The Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel hiring a Front Desk PM Supervisor to oversee the 3 PM – 11 PM shift. We’re seeking a motivated team player dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and creating a supportive, growth-oriented environment for front desk agents.

Requirements
Position Overview:
As the PM Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll leverage your communication and organizational skills to ensure an outstanding guest experience and support a well-trained front desk team. You’ll also work closely with other departments to resolve guest issues and assist the Front Desk Manager in maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and service inquiries.

Train and support front desk agents, ensuring knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.

Coordinate with departments to promptly address and resolve guest needs.

Assist the Front Desk Manager in promoting a culture of guest satisfaction.

Support revenue goals by contributing to budget and yield management efforts.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.

2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
