Requirements

Position Overview:

As a Line Cook at Batley's Grill & Bar, you’ll prepare and cook high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations. Working closely with our kitchen team, you’ll ensure that meals are served promptly and that our kitchen remains clean and organized. Our goal is to provide an outstanding dining experience and maintain our reputation as a leading restaurant in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and recipes.
  • Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Cook, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
